This song was written and recorded on October 11, 2012 during Rich Tycoon's (a.k.a. Filthy Rich) 40th B-Day recording session. More than 10 artists joined Rich Tycoon at Indigital Recording Studio in Santa Cruz, California to celebrate his life and musical legacy. The session was financed by a few of Rich Tycoon's most faithful fans as a birthday gift and donation to support independent recording artists.
