The Houseband was born in a South Side bar in the blue collar town of Youngstown, Ohio. Honing their craft by playing music of all genres and eras. The Houseband became noted for their high energy shows and ability to emulate the artists they covered. This versatility is heard in their original music which calls upon influences of rock, country, gospel, soul, and rhythm and blues.
