James Best is a dj, producer and promoter from Northern Ireland, playing house, progressive house, electro and everything in between. Since 2000 he has held a residency in the Coach Nightclub in Northern Ireland. He has warmed up and finished off for big name djs such as Tiesto, Mauro Picotto, Laidback Luke, Eric Morillo, Sander Van Doorn, Ferry Corsten, Judge Jules, Scot Project, Seb Fontaine, Eddie Halliwell, Fergie, Bingo Players etc. He has also played in clubs all over the UK and Ireland, playing different genres of dance music. He is a regular traveller to Ibiza, where he has played in clubs, bars and radio shows, and many parties accross the island, noteably Amnesia, Eden and Es Paradis. He has played at Planet Love festivals in Shanes Castle, Co. Antrim. On one occaision being a guest on Judge Jules live BBC Radio 1 show to help explain what the festival was about. He now has his own radio show on Underground Sessions called Sunday Best, playing the best in upfront house, progressive house and electro. For the past few years James has been producing his own music, starting off making crowd pleasing trance, before finding his own sound in the house music spectrum. His songs still have uptempo beats and are very much made with the dancefloor in mind. Plays from BBC Radio 1, not to mention other FM and internet radio shows have helped his music reach out to a far wider audience, with plenty of guest mixes on radio shows around the world under his belt too. 2014 promises to be a great year for James, with an array of tunes being released, including some collaborations with vocalists that he is very much looking forward to getting into the dance music charts.
