Hey everyone! My name is Naomi Broussard. I am a singer/songwriter and musician. I have been singing, writing, and playing music for the Lord for 15 years now and I couldn’t ask for a better, more rewarding career. The Lord has blessed me with such an amazing gift, which I starting using for His glory when I was 15 years old. My father played guitar for our church parish for many years, when he wanted to resign from the church choir, I asked him if I could take over. My father showed me a few shortcuts on the guitar and I taught myself the rest. Through hard work and discipline, and with much thanksgiving, my knowledge and skill grew more and more. In 1996, my sister and I made a musical cassette tape. Later, in 1999, my first CD, titled Shower Unto Me, was released. I have learned over the years that more I use my talents for His glory, the more talents He gives me. Every year my love and knowledge for music increases greatly. Other than the guitar, the Lord has blessed me with the ability to play the piano, organ, mandolin, harmonica, harp, and jembe drum. The Lord has also increased my ability and helped me to become better at composing my music and lyrics. My work is not my own. I , myself, am simply the Lord’s instrument, which He uses to spread the knowledge of His mercy and Love. The Lord is my life, my strength, and my happiness, and sharing with others the knowledge of His greatness is an awesome gift and responsibility that I am so thankful for. I pray that everyone who is hurting, searching, or crying out finds peace and comfort through Jesus Christ our Lord. I pray that everyone who listens to my music and hears the words of Christ, comes to know how great His love for us is. I pray that the Lord blesses all who come to my website and hear my music.
