Rap Girl is a size positive, queer, feminist rapper based out of Portland Oregon. Getting her start into the music scene as part of the "Boy Funk" posse, she just released her first solo EP titled "Dream Place" which is a mix of original catchy beats that you can move your body to! Produced by Obsidian Mirrors & Alexian, it features guest appearances by Scorpion Warrior, Boy Funk & Seattle drag superstar, Jackie Hell! The first track "Miss World Wide Web" is a great indication of the fun kitschy comedic p**sy power style riot grrrl rap you can expect from this double d bombshell. The song addresses the ideas of empowerment through sexual expression online. The video for "Miss World Wide Web" released early as a pre- EP teaser and features Portland Stripper of the Year, Soren High, as well as appearances by the legendary Jwl B of Yo Majesty. A beauty pageant of various shapes styles genders and races where the talent portion includes pole dancing and everyone gets crowned. "Bad A** B**ch" is the second track and it is littered with grinding guitars. This is a Rock & Roll Rap anthem about being a bad girl and being PROUD OF IT. The third track takes it to a dark place with "Black Mass". This haunting witch rap includes creepy music boxes, chanting, lyrics about ghost sex and a guest appearance by Scorpion Warrior! "Take Me to the Trailer" is a song about doing poppers and popping your p**sy. Raised in a trailer park in central NY, Rap Girl relives her past with Boy Funk and the epic drag terrorist Jackie Hell (as her mother).
