Chaun Vernon Biography Chaun was born on May 29, 1985 in Ft. Lauderdale Florida. He began singing at the age of seven in the church choir. Chaun's talent was apparent when he auditioned for the Greater Miami Boys choir at age 11 and was accepted. He was often called upon to sing lead in the three years he was a member of the choir. He went on to perform in numerous talent shows and showcases. Chaun opened for a few reggae acts. Notably, Sanchez, Pinchers, Lady Saw, and Peter Metro. He performed at his high school graduation, doing a flawless performance. He performed at the 2003 Caribbean Carnival in Tallahassee, Fl. as well as the Ft. Lauderdale carnival at Lockhart Stadium, also doing a flawless performance. Most recently Chaun performed at the Rock the Vote concert in Ft. Lauderdale, sponsored by P. Diddy & Russel Simmonds. He also did 2 performances at the 2004 Broward County Fair, and the Broward County Park & Recreation Kwanzaa celebration at Bass Park in Ft. Lauderdale, 2005 Martin Luther King celebration in Ft Lauderdale, He was also picked as one of the future stars at the South Florida Fair in West Palm Beach, Jan. 20, 2005 He did his best performance to date ,Chaun is schedule to Perform with reggae super star Richie Stephens Feb 13 2005 at the Inverary country Club in Ft Lauderdale, His last performance was at the Coler Nut Café in Miami. Over the past few years, Chaun has been working on perfecting his talent as a singer and writer, and still finds a way to keep his music unique from alot of whats out there. He writes all of his songs, and he is very dedicated to his music. Chaun's dream is to become an international recording artist and he is determined to fulfill his dream. Chaun’s naturally, charismatic style captivates, sending shock waves of pulsating melody and rhythm through audiences.
