DLA is the new solo project of David Lopez de Arenosa, from San Diego, CA. David has written, recorded, produced and mixed all parts of this solo project by himself in a makeshift bedroom studio. He performs his music live with electric guitar loops, synths and samples. “Everything is geared towards live performance, playability and spontaneity/improvisation,” David says. He’s a San Diego resident but was born in Madrid, and grew up in London. His main influences include Four Tet, Caribou, Bonobo and Darkside.
