Hi, I'm Nikki. I am originally from Hamburg in Germany, and I came to live in London a few years ago. I have a normal daytime job working in central London. Outside the office hours, I sing. I don’t mean Britney Spears or Leona Lewis, just a girl who really enjoys singing and music. I also play the piano, and I write my own songs. Over the last year, I spent many evenings and weekends in a London studio, recording with two producers. I have now finished my first album “Bright Outlook”, which you can download here. Some of the songs from Bright Outlook are being air-played on "Retail radio", as well as on the online station "Amazing Radio", and my song “Stronger” was a finalist in the UK Songwriting Competition. As many other artists out here, I don’t have a record contract , so "Bright Outlook" is a 100% self-managed and self-financed project and therefore very close to my heart. It has taken a lot of work and time to complete. Especially having to work full-time during the day, finding all the energy in the evenings and on the weekends can prove challenging. But it's a testament to how passionate I am about my music (and I enjoy doing it, too). So, I really hope you will enjoy listening to it as much as I enjoyed creating it!
