Formed on Earth in late 2005, the Indie/Alternative band Bird Dog has begun to grow to new heights. The band includes Alex O'Dell, John Hurlahe, Michael Carman, John Coyle, and Jordan Putnam. However, these are just the basics. Bird Dog produces music influenced by a myriad of genres including indie-rock, dance, pop, punk, jazz, and more. While not conforming to any one specific genre, Bird Dog maintains a uniqueness unmatched in modern music. While that may be hard to believe, this is shown through their debut record entitled "Disco Thunder." With everything from hard dance beats to driving rock leads, pop hooks to explosive lyrics, and vocal harmonies to martian invasions (seriously), Disco Thunder shows a true depth of raw talent and inimitability.
