Dean Carter started playing at the age of 12. when he came back from the Navy he started playing the mandolin in a bluegrass band. After retiring from factory work at GM Dean move to Florida and started to write with a singer/songwriter and arranging songs. the end of 2013 he started to write on his own. Dean was ask to do a Demo of 3 songs at Full Sail university in 2014.
