MAREEZY is a diverse lyricist that breathes life back into hip hop by bringing you music that everyone can relate to. MAREEZY was born in Sanford, North Carolina and is very proud of his hometown. MAREEZY was fortunate enough to be able to travel the world in his younger years opening his ears and mind to different types of genres. His passion for music grew and it became so strong that by the time he was 14 he rapping and writing his own songs, Ever since he has continue to rhyme. MAREEZY started to grow lyrically throughout his high school years at Lee Senior High School, in that small town in Sanford, North Carolina, MAREEZY started to have big dreams. In addition to his lyrical talents he also was extremely artistic. MAREEZY is an exceptional artist, along with his love and passion for music MAREEZY is a very talented at drawing. In 2003 MAREEZY was crowned Best Artist Of The Year for a drawing he did, due to this MAREEZY was awarded a partial scholarship which he used to assist him in continuing his education in all aspects of the arts by attending the Fort Lauderdale Art Institute where he received his Bachelors Degree in the Arts in 2008. Since then MAREEZY has continued to pursue his career in music. He has performed in Various place's in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach, Such as Tokyo Blue, American Rock Bar, Vagabond's, Off The Hookah, MEGABITE CHILL OUT LOUNGE, Fantasy Lounge, Ghost Bar, Write side Poet Café, The Office Strip Club, Shats, RJ's, Area 7, Club 313, Propaganda, Speakeasy, King Tuts, Will Call, The Stage and 3 Diamonds. MAREEZY performed at the Diversity Fest at the African American Cultural Center. There he and the neighborhood Children performed his single Red, White and Blue in honor of Remembrance Day. He has made several videos; Better Days, Can't Nobody, Carolina Boy and Straight Barz. MAREEZY dropped his first mixed tape G4L (Grind 4 Lyfe) and a video into Grind Lyfe featuring DJ Seizure, the official DJ of Huge Music and Seven Figure Entertainment in 2013. MAREEZY is currently working with Huge Music Studios in Miami, FL to further his musical career.
