简介
This CD contains a collection of songs that Scott prepared in collaboration with his friends Clint Anglin, Tom Breshers, Mike Caro, John Daubert, Betsy Jones, Robert Pickens, Hillary Strayer, Resa Thornburg and Louis Twinn. Most are members of the Just Plain Folks music organization. As they are an eclectic group of people, so are the songs. A couple are pop, a couple are rock, and some are folk. One or two have a bluesy or country feel. There are any number of combinations of co-writers and performers - they just did what seemed like a good idea at the time, making it up as they'd go. The CD is accompanied by a 12 page booklet giving biographical information and the stories behind the songs. Original cover art was drawn by JPF member Tobias White and the songs were mastered at Sub Studio in Staten Island. Because this was purely a labor of love, $5 per CD and all of the artists' shares of digital downloads will be donated to the organization that brought most of them together: Just Plain Folks. If you hear something you particularly like, links to some of the musicians and writers are given at the bottom of this page.
