This album is fairly well balanced - from bluegrass numbers like Cowgirl and Country Girl (think Suddenly I See, White Liar) to piano ballads Thinking and Disappear (Joni Mitchell, Norah Jones inspired). This sits nicely against the warm tones of Fever, Our Day and Sex on Fire - the one cover track on the album - which have hints of Oklahoma Sky, Need You Now, and Heal Over.
