The Earthtones are a Rock and Roll Band from California with new and old influences. We Produce a sound that boils down to Psychedelic Folk Rock.

"Moody, dank, airy, and at times soaring, the Earthtones' music evokes a hazy, dim flashback lit by black lights and neon. It's retro-tinged indie-rock at it's most submerged and psychedelic. Their album “St. Charles” sounds like it could have been unearthed out of the attic of a San Fransisco loft, untouched since the 1960s.

The sound has echoes of the Velvet Underground, early Rolling Stones — when they still used a tambourine — some occasional Jimi Hendrix guitar fire and even echoes of Motown.
