The band consists of Fordham who sings lead, plays rhythm guitar and blows harmonica. He is sometimes know as the Reverend Freakchild and has performed everywhere from singing in the subways to soloist appearances with the Metro Mass Choir at such venues as Lincoln Center's Avery Fischer Hall. Uncle Drew plays Lap-Steel and makes every note sound like pure honey. He can often be heard with Jack Grace and other country rock bands like the Silos. On Upright Bass is Jon Bones Ritchie Robinson. Jon has been a sideman with many jazz greats and has toured with amazing players like Jerry Burgonzie and Bob Moses as well as being able to lay it down with bluegrass bands like Brooklyn Browngrass. Trick Carmichael provides the beats. Educated at North Texas University he has done work with various projects including touring in the Leiber and Stoller show, Smokey Joe's Cafe, to doing Dixieland shuffles with Woody Allen at the Carlyle hotel and tearing it up with New York Blues legends like Michael Powers. Mister Jay Collins, an amazing jazz sax & flute player who has also toured with groups like the Greg Allman band plays Bansuri, an ancient Indian meditation flute, over Fordham's slide guitar arrangement of Reverend Gary Davis', Death Don't Have No Mercy.
