Burn dont bury me, original and basic recordings of Jesus Hooligan is a release from Jesus Hooligan showing 3 different styles that they use. The first 8 songs are the live band of Jesus Hooligan consisting at the moment of Steve Brunton vocals, barrells, chains bodhran, Jason Saunders guitar, vocals and barrells and Dave Croughan didgeredoo, kajon, barrells and vocals. They constantly play live and play to audiences who at first seem shocked but very soon get it and get involved on stage and of.

The next 4 songs are steve in a studio with various different home made instruments that he can hit.

The last 11 songs are basic hooligan as it was originally wrote with just a bucket, barrell, chain, bodhran or even in spoken word.

The name burn dont bury me comes from steve's obsession with being buried alive, so when he dies he just wants to be burnt and his ashes spread in the open. All the songs are a mixture of love, hate and life songs, the recordings are not perfect but what do you expect from barrels, chains, a worn out guitar, didgerdoo, bodhran and kajon, cheers xx
