The story revolves around Odd Mrs. Dodd, a serial killer who chooses her victims according to their quality of life. The more miserable and alone, the more imminent one's demise. Mrs. Dodd considers her work euthanasia, justifying her murderous impulses...

but if you die here in the BROWNSTONE, you can never leave, so the haunted in life find community and purpose in death, and come together to torment their killer until she treats herself with the same brand of mercy she showed them. On BROWNSTONE: VOLUME ONE, we meet the haunted, hunted victims of Odd Mrs. Dodd via heavy, contemporary blues themes.
