Help Them Pray... This song evolved into having a message about not being someone to lead individuals out of their dark places as a musician. Like many of my songs, it didn't start that way. I simply had a day off to chill one day and my manager called and said: "Take time in the day to write a new song!" I told him, "it doesn't really work that way for me, I can't just turn it on whenever I want." In an attempt to try to prove my point I sat down and wrote a song about it, and ended up getting fully consumed in it and finishing the whole thing that afternoon... effectively proving myself dead wrong. Music is a funny beast... haha
