From the youngest of five, Shawn V has always been talented and destined to make R&B music. Born in Queens, New York, then moving to Georgetown, South Carolina, now residing in Columbia, South Carolina better known as the Metro. Shawn comes from a talented and supported family that sings and dances, can you say Jackson 5? Let's not forget to mention he hits the dances moves like Chris Breezy as Drake would say. The now 27 year old vocalist has been on American Idol and performing on many stages most memorable stage is the APOLLO stage, opening up for Anthony Hamilton to old school r&b group force MD’s and many more well known names. Shawn is now moving to being on radio stations and wining endless talent shows. Once signed to Oceanfront Records, Shawn V has decided to venture outwards on his own to grab the world with his talent of dancing and singing independently with a strong team and family behind him.
