简介
This album was three years in the making. Al Pancho, his engineer Faithful, and the Kingston Wall crew spent many long nights and days in his studios. One of the studios was located in Barry Falls Mountain in Oracabessa, St. Mary and the other was in West End Negril, Jamaica. This album was a collaboration of both Jamaican and Trinidad talent. The goal when producing this album was to try and combine traditional reggae with a more current hip-hop/club sound, while giving each song a message of its own. In Downtown Kingston it is easy to feel the soul and heartbeat of Kingston, Jamaica. Gimme Gimme Girl gives honor to the sensuality of Jamaican women in every beat. Then in the opening of the album the song Save The World a broader message is given by a true Rastafarian.
