The song was written telling of a father watching his daughter grow from tri cycles to bicycles all the way to her wedding day. The song was recorded in Nashville, Tennessee at one of the top studios using some of the most accomplished and well known studio musicians in the business. Until the passing of Jimmy C. Newman Randy Mason played on the Grand Ole Opry as a member of Jimmy's personal band. As of now Randy performs in one of Nashville's hottest clubs well known for traditional country music.
