LOVE CHANGES - Same Subject -Same Guy - New Songs - 40 Years Later - Tuesday December 18, 2012 MILWAUKEE - Daystorm Music releases LOVE CHANGES, a concept record that was started in the mid 1990's by Producer Gary Tanin. “These songs could be classified as "mood sketches" that look at the same subject matter as my first record except some 30 years later.” Tanin’s first LP, 1972‘s Love Changes All, consisted of stark vocal and piano pieces also recorded as demos. LOVE CHANGES is similarly back to the basics. Before AutoTune and ProTools there was "live performance". LOVE CHANGES was recorded on a analog cassette 4 -Track Porta-Studio as songwriters demos. There are no fixes in the mix. Page turns, piano pedal noises and imperfections are purely part of the picture. Tanin acknowledged “These pieces today, feel as honest and as real as when they were written. Some of LOVE CHANGES ain't pretty, well neither is life.” NEW SONGS - NEVER BEFORE RELEASED
