Revölvo biography Summer 2009, after a long period of speculation they finally decided to go! Three guys, with different musical backgrounds and shared musical key agreements. Revolvo is born! Revölvo starts where Anthrax and Billy Idol meet for a good fight. A healthy dosis of mental short circuit with ostracized influences of Motörhead, Anthrax, Iron Maiden, S.O.D. and Billy Idol guearantee a solid set of heavy stomping songs interspersed with quick ready to mosh rockers! In short: fists in the air and belt! The live shows of Revölvo explain the name: the music is uncompromising in your shot with the subtility of a heavy metal loaden truck without breaks... In May 2011 Revölvo recorded 10 songs at the Edisound studio in Tilburg. The official release of the debut album "Older, Wiser, Louder!" will be at October the 23rd (Venue: The Avenue - Breda). Facts: Easter 2010, during the Popparade Breda (NL) the first performance was given at The Avenue. The band wanted more and the audience was enthusiastic! The rest of 2010 is quickly booked up with gigs such as Popelucht (Etten-Leur, NL) and Bunkfest Open Air (Willemstad, NL). In 2011 Revölvo plays Rotterdam, Breukelen, Breda and many more venues! Spain, Hungary, Poland and Germany are in the planning for 2011/ 2012! Dave - Bass & Lead Vocals Dave is responsible for the scary Revölvo howl and the low bass lines. Dave is also known from the band "Speedcocks" which brought him to stages in Holland and far abroad. Dave plays his 5 string bassguitar combined Vincent - Drums & Backing vocals Vincent dances the double bass like an AK-47. He used to play in "Spiritwalker" and many many side projects. Vincent plays Pearl & Paiste. Tank - Lead Guitars & Backing Vocals Tank is responsible for the wall of sound produced by six strings. He also plays in "Southern Way" where he scared the sh*t out nationally and internationally. Tank plays Koch Amps, Fender, Gretsch & Gibson.
