"I Swear It Flows" is an Electronic / Contemporary R&B Project started by producer, singer, and songwriter Devin Hawkins. Emerging from the cultivating music scene growing within the city of Newport News, Virginia, "ISIF" brings a collection of genres together to produce a chill yet vibrant sound. Producing all of his own original compositions, he uses ambient, atmospheric sounds, and melodic vocals to convey the troubles of love, young minds and temptation.
