Siiri Sisask is one of the most exciting and creative musicians on the current music scene in Estonia. Her unique voice is strong and mystic at the same time. Siiri: "I live in Raplamaa, Estonia. My family`s home is in the countryside at the edge of a forest far away from other farms. I enjoy being there and doing active countryside work. I love beauty around me and that is why my hobby is landscape gardening. I write songs and present my music at concerts. That has become my main work. I also try to the best of my ability to help with the organization of cultural life in my community The Album "Kuristi Kohal" is Siiri Sisask's eleventh album, with her own creation. Siiri herself has said that the publishing of this album is a three year period of hard work, dedication and brainstorming. She is very happy that the music and message came together exactly as they did on this album. All the music that can be heard on this album is created on the texts of great Poet - Uku Masing. The cd covers also contain English translations of the song names. The author of the translations is Külliki Saks The songs have been managed by Konstantin Tsõbulevski and Raul Ojamaa, who are both very known and appreciated musicians of the younger generation. Siiri says that a very important contribution to the albums sound, has also been done by Kaarel Tamra and Minerva Poppi. They finetuned the album behind the sound mixer. The booklet that comes with the album, contains English translations of Uku Masing's unique texts. The author of the translations is also Külliki Saks. The author of the artworks on the album is Kaarel Vahtramäe from the design agency "Velvet.ee".
