简介

"...an aggressive stylist in the Rick Wakeman vein..." - Progression Magazine "...an obvious ear for orchestration..." - Keyboard Magazine "John Payne's (Asia) vocal contribution cannot be ignored and it goes without saying... but I'll say it anyway, what a fantastic voice. Why we're not hearing this particular track on car stereos everywhere is beyond me. I don't say that as if to diminish the progressive nature of this album, but the song writing on this piece, coupled with John's performance is exquisite - very moving indeed." - The Prog Files The concept and title is derived from the Mayan calendar, whose ending on December 12, 2012, which many believe to be a herald of the end of the world. The teachings of the Mayan elders, however, believe this event marks the dawn of a new age, and with it the need for increased wisdom, discernment and understanding. On the album is a single release entitled "Save Me," featuring vocalist John Payne (of the supergroup Asia featuring John Payne), and guest appearances by progressive electric violinist James Sudakow; keyboardist Tommy Zvoncheck (former Blue Oyster Cult); British experimental project Sinu Spiral, and cedar flutist Kerri Lake.
