Krazy Riderz are known for stealing cars. But there is an outside gang, the Warriors, that is moving in on the Krazy Riderz turf. Tenshi, leader of the Warriors, wants to open up his drug bizness in Honolulu. By pushing a new drug from Hong Kong called "China Dust". This drug will make "ice" look like a fucken joke. But the Warriors have a one problem; and thats Falco and the Krazy Riderz. The Krazy Riderz aren't going to let the Warriors take over their turf. The Warriors have one solution to their problem and that is killing Falco's brother. But it doesn't stop there; Tenshi wants to make sure his message is clear to Falco, that the Warriors are here to stay in Honolulu, by attacking another member of the Krazy Riderz. Falco and the Krazy Riderz aren't going to take it anymore and retaliate back, by sending a personal message of there own. In the mist of all the street wars that is happening, Detective Harris is trying to stop the bloodshed between the two gangs. Harris with the help of Detective Hernandez, has assembled a gang task force to help control the gang violence in Honolulu and to stop this new drug "China Dust" from hitting the streets of Honolulu. While back in the streets, Falco and Tenshi discuss plans on a fight. In which, they will follow the old skool code of fighting. The term: The winner stays in Honolulu and the loser gets out for good and never returns. Can Detective Harris stop the big fight between the Krazy Riderz and Warriors? Will Falco get his revenge? Or will Tenshi and the Warriors wipe out the Krazy Riderz? An ending fight scene you will never forget.
