Legacy is the second album from duo GEMnEYE, featuring the vocal harmonies of Nate Holmer and Jim West flowing inside personal stories set to music in the style of 70s pop masters like Elton John and the Moody Blues. The lead off track is the rocker Old Town, which recalls visiting Jim's birthplace of Heidelburg. The Way We Live showcases a Moody Blues like keyboard sound with haunting vocals. Amen, Part 1 rocks. On the mellower side, Home reflects on a life of traveling and being away from the ones you love. Other mellower tunes include Always, written for Marie while on the road, and Give, a short but sweet love song. The album closes with the rousing Amen, Part 2.
