Born in St. John's, Mickey Michael left Nfld as a young man and spent 25 years in Western Canada. Throughout those years he felt the call to return to the land of his birth. Music has always been a part of his life from his earliest days. All the songs on this album were written by Mickey since his return to Nfld, where the uniqueness of the people and the beauty of the land provide great inspiration to his creative talent. He continues to write songs to this day and hopes one day soon to produce another album.
