The opening track to the E.P kicks off with a bang, 'Garna' typifies the movement and direction of all three productions. Myndst8 sets the scene with a Deep and infectious Bassline that grabs the attention of any Bass/Garage head. Sticking to his guns myndst8 delivers yet another ambient backdrop but this time provides us with a pulsing Bassline on the drop to get you glued to the floor. Soft delivery does exactly what it says on the tin and more. This 2-step masterpiece takes you deep in to your soul and spits you out on the dance floor. Arcing back to those Skippy drums of yester year, myndst8 creates his most musical tune with reminiscence of smooth jazz and funk. The Vocal snippet sits beautifully underneath the track adding more emotive value while pulsing sweetly between the kick. Having been in to his Deep House after turning ever so slightly away from the Garage sound when it went to 'Grimey' Myndst8 has dug deep in the memory box and pulled this delight out the bag with Swing Scandal, taking the title of the whole E.P Keeping in touch with that Garage & House Cross over, he manages to meld them together perfectly with a split balance of Deep/tech House and Bass, Defiantly the track on the EP to test them Bass bins.
