Starting at age sixteen, in his native Venezuela, Oswaldo Rodriguez has perfected his skills as a master percussionist.

He has travelled the world from South and Central America to Europe and Japan. He has spent most of the last twenty-one years living and performing throughout the U.S., in such cities as Miami, Las Vegas, New York, Philadelphia and Atlantic City.

His unique sound blends the talents of some of the great artists he has worked with in the past: Tito Puente, Gloria Estefan, Giovanni Hidalgo, Jimmy Conga, and many others.

You will find it difficult to put his music into one "box" or genre. His unique sound blends traditional Latin Jazz, Guajira, Charanga and Salsa with Afro-Cuban rhythms, R&B and smooth Jazz. One thing is certain: You will find something that reaches you in his music.
