"I AM ENOUGH" is my first original CD. Who am I, Bridgette? I am a loving, giving, happy woman. I also feel pain, anger and sadness, afraid of losing people and things in my life. I am just like you, yet unique in my experience. Those feelings and experiences within my self are what this CD is about. Every song is an honest, open expression of my life and the feelings connected to living it. Simple, yet heartfull, this music serves to open the channels of inner self, inviting you, the listener, to step into your own world of feelings and thoughts, perhaps in ways you haven't ventured into before. The messages are universal. You've probably heard some of it before. Yet you can FEEL them through this music. (as I've mentioned in other bios, I'm a VERY accomplished FEELER) It's safe to be who you are, where you are, in this moment. Feeling deep and dark... I know that. Feeling joyful and light... I'm there! Embracing all parts of yourself, knowing you are enough as you are. That's the heart of this CD...
