Elder Julian Carter is known as the Ambassador of Praise and Worship. This modern day psalmist has tapped into the very essence of what man was created to do. To Praise and Magnify God. He leads Praise and Worship teams on missions to bring God’s People to the very throne room of God, every time he sings and lead worship services. His Motto has always been “I don’t what to feel God’s anointing some of the time, I want to feel God’s anointing every time I open my mouth and worship Him”. This anointing has come with a price that Elder Carter was willing to pay. Because not only is Elder Carter a well-accomplished singer /musician he is also a Minister of the Gospel. He has preached the Gospel for 23 years. He accepted Christ in his life as his personal Savior May 14, 1985 at the age of 19, with the acceptance of the calling to the ministry in September of that same year. After proving himself worthy and ready, Julian acquired his Minister’s License under the leadership of his spiritual father, Pastor Vernon Richardson of Faith Temple Church of God in Christ April 1987. The next three years Minister Carter functioned as a license minister in preparation for ordination. In July 1990, under the leadership of Bishop Vernon Richardson, after much studying and training Minister Carter passed his ordination board and received his Certificate of Ordination. It is at this point Elder Julian Carter became a Licensed Ordained Elder in the Body of Christ. He also received his Minister of the Gospel Licensed with Anchor Bay Evangelistic Association, INC. November 2002 under the Leadership of the late Great Dr. Maurice Hart. He also Co-founded J And Ministries with his wife Anita in 2002 (A ministry to the Progressing of God’s Kingdom on a Daily Basis through Worship) jandaministries.com.

Elder Julian Carter has Preached and sung the Gospel all across this great country. He has also sung background vocals in concerts for the likes of Pastor Marvin Winans and Vanessa Bell Armstrong. He has opened concerts for the Williams Brothers, Shawn Pace Rhodes, James Moore, The Mississippi Mass Choir, and the Westchester Mass Choir with his former Group Divine Justice. He was also the Go-Ahead Magazine (Omaha, Nebraska) “Gospel Song Writer of the Year 1991” and his group Divine Justice won “Gospel Group of the Year 1991” also. “It’s Time To Worship” will be the third CD project to date for Elder Julian Carter (Trust The Lord 1990, Give Him Praise 2002).
