The choir of the cathedral Saint-Vincent de Chalon-sur-Saone is not a choir of specialists, it is a parish grouping. Recruitment is done, perhaps for the love of music, but much more for the intention of apostolic engagement, according to the thought of the Church. By practicing the art of the sacred song regularly and sincerely, the choir members developed a deeper interior life and consequently a more delicate sense of the things of God. The choir has a role of an educator in the faith; it is also a home for friendships and fellowships for both young people and adults.
