The Fifth is the fifth album from A Cast of Thousands. It consists of sixteen songs about love, politics, and astrophysics. A Cast of Thousands has spent the last year recording their fifth record. Much of the record is based on their December 20, 2015 live studio recording called "Sub Rosa", where they premiered new songs they were working on. The response to "Sub Rosa" was very positive. Having reviewed this Auburn NY band’s Aqua Fur (2011) and Alone in the Crowd (2015), why don’t I recognize these songs?
