简介
The return of NATTY NATION after 5 years out of the Studio album game! The five years since the release of the last studio album, "Inatty in Jah Music," have not been resting and relaxing. During that time they've toured and released several live albums. One those live CDs, "Seth's Picks," received recognition as the Best World Album and best World song, "Hurricane," at the Madison Area Music Awards (MAMAs). The spiritual and political lyrics on "Reincarnation" shouldn't surprise long time NATTY fans, but the messages have been taken up a notch. Never shy to express their love for humanity and their outrage at injustices, "Reincarnation" expands their consciousness to include politics by endorsing Barak Obama on "Just Can't Stand It", universal spirituality on Reincarnation" and "Black Hebrew", a tribute to the victims of hurricane Katrina on "Hurricane", and protest songs on "Blind," "False Prophet," & "Violent War Games." In classic NATTY NATION style, all songs have messages of hope for the future. The album is made of 100% recycled material, reflecting their longstanding commitment to the environment, a recurring message in their lyrics. "Reincarnation is a departure from previous NATTY studio albums by seamlessly weaving songs featuring the full band with tracks produced by outside producers Man Mantis, DJ AV ONE, & DLO, creating a unique, coherent journey from beginning to end.
