From The Primordial Ooze Drawn together by the aligning of planets, and powers in the cosmos, beyond human comprehension, came the band. There were no "Drummer Wanted" ads, no "Singer Looking for Band" posters....no school, no work, no social crossover, just fate....filthy, loud, fate. Fishtail Parker was born from a tiny, mystical, musical seed, dropped by a magical stork, on its way to the fertility clinic. From this seed grew a horrendous four-headed baby, with an insatiable appetite for sound. Thanks to the wonders of medical science...these conjoined quads are separated, and independent. Only 15 years of age, their deep rooted Punk Rock sensibilities has aged these youngsters beyond their years, and you would think by looking at them, that they are middle aged men, or older! An originals band, FTP have been crafting, their unique mix of Grunge edged, Alternative inspired Punk Rock fusion for over five years. It's Grunk Rock with Guitars on top. Aided by a small team of Howler Monkey's like Oompa Loompa's in a chocolate factory, all of FTP's tunes are sculpted, and honed from local stone, some rocky, tasty musical treats, with a few refined edges. FTP are always hard at work delivering definitive Grunk and Alternarock. It's as if Jack White, Hendrix, Kurt Kobain and Kurt Vonnegut Jnr donated to the fore mentioned fertility clinic. It's loud, it cries on the inside, and it's not pretty... but it doesn't care much what you think anyway, so in the words of Mr Vonnegut..."go take a flying f%&k at a rolling donut!"
