Quicksand is one of the many genres Dirt Road Movements explores. We are fearless songwriters, producers, artists and musicians that team up to create music. Dirt Road Movements is based out of Los Angeles but the songwriting brings southern and midwestern roots to the recipe. Our motto is "Real writing, real songs" because our music tends to be about something. We still want you to slow dance or shake your a** on the dance floor but we want to weave in a story, a message or just a good time into every song. Our music takes you somewhere if you let it. It's mood music, break up music, get together music, come together music, baby making music, get married music, rock out with your.... well you get the idea. We want to always be on a journey with a destination unknown. We may shift gears and move from blues to trap beats to ballads to rock power chords without blinking an eye.
