The songs on the "HE was always here" album are my first attempt in writing Christian compositions. As a songwriter since 1977 I enjoy writing and singing jazz, easy listening, light pop and country music. However, during the past few years I have concentrated more on writing songs that weave a Christian thread into a story. I noticed that writing Christian songs seemed to be easier than other genres...and I started feeling that the LORD was truly involved in my work. I could tell by the lyrics that "HE was always here".
