The Red Cedar River Boys formed from their association with St. Mary Catholic Church in Williamston, MI. In 2005, Fr. Peter Clark was assigned as Pastor to this quaint faith community and, along with his spiritual leadership, he brought a well-worn five string banjo, bass guitar, acoustic guitar and mandolin. Eventually the talents of bassist Tom Spangler and singer/songwriter Dewey Longuski were added to form this fun loving, three piece band. "Perfect Son Rise", written by Longuski, is the group's first release and features special guest - and extremely talented - Michaela Stiles on lead vocal and fiddle. What better way to start each day then with a "Perfect Son Rise"!
