Laurel was born and raised in East TN. She started singing in churches when she was only 3 years old and picked up a guitar when she was 10 to write her very first song about her great- grandfather that had just passed away. From there, writing had became her outlet. She wrote about what happened in her everyday life. She wrote about Jesus, relationships, family, heartaches and of course… love. She hopes that one day her music can touch the lives of many people.
