"50 Years" © 2012 by Marc Henry Snader author of "Violins in Flight" All Rights Reserved The Tridels from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania performed and recorded for nine years, from 1962-1971. The original members were Mike Bove’, Larry Chassen and Marc Snader. Helene Goldberg replaced Larry Chassen in 1965. The trio recorded over 35 original compositions, and wrote and recorded for commercials and two documentary films. The Tridels disbanded in 1971. The original members reunited in 2010 and released a Double CD Anthology of their music and memories of the 1960s, titled "Back To Life". This is one of their latest offerings titled "50 Years", performed with Marc Snader singing lead vocal. A second version "50 Years Long Ago" has a different musical arrangement and slightly different lyrics. The choice is yours !
