What is Ilene's story? Ilene Satala is an artist and teacher. In April of 2013, while visiting California, she entered the hospital in severe pain and had major surgery for fractures in her spine that could have resulted in paralysis. At the same time, she was diagnosed with a recurrence of her breast cancer. Since that time she has faced chemo, radiation, many hospital stays for various complications and serious illnesses. Her medical bills continue to grow and become very large. Since April of 2013, Ilene and Conrad (her husband and self-employed transformational counselor) have been unable to work a regular schedule. Ilene is too sick to work, and Conrad is caring for her. All profits from the sales of the Love Streams CD will go to benefit Ilene.
