Over the last three decades there have been challenges and triumphs which provided fuel for E.T.'s creative endeavours. Many thoughts drifted by, while others were captured to be used as the foundation or catalyst for the songs which were ultimately recorded. Up to the early 80s his challenges revolved around finding solutions to problems when he was composing mainly love songs. How could he have anticipated the turmoil and tensions which would have dominated his life when he embraced Rastafari? He had a rude awakening when most of the people he knew and many he didn’t, ostracized him for what was seen as a retrograde step on his part. He shed many tears but he stood firm, because his faith was not a passing fad, it was embedded deeply in his being. He underwent intense self examination and he frequently questioned whether he had made the right choice. Through it all he was comforted and reassured by the words of the bible, which he read consistently. Ultimately his search turned inward and he has since been traversing the “INNER PATH”. This project is a result of the various journeys and healing experiences through which he has gone and today he still continues in the quest for peace and harmony with CREATION. Each song evolved from unique experiences over the last three decades on the journey along the INNER PATH.
