We spent hours upon hours playing duets together during our undergraduate days. Since this time, we always enjoy any chance that we have to get together. We hope you enjoy the product as much as we enjoyed the process! Clint Woltering has been a member of the United States Naval Academy Band since 2007, performing as both a tenor and bass trombonist in a wide variety of ensembles. He has performed with the Washington National Opera, Baltimore Opera, Harrisburg Symphony, Richmond (IN) Symphony, Columbus (IN) Symphony, and Evansville Philharmonic. Additionally he has been a member of the MOMUS Trombone Quartet, Victory Brass, and Washington Trombone Ensemble, as well as a featured soloist a the American Trombone Workshop. He received a Bachelor of Music Education Degree from the University of Kentucky in 2004 and a year of graduate studies from Indiana University. Clint is an Edwards Performing artist. He currently resides in Annapolis, Maryland with his wife, Sheila, and their two exceptionally stubborn basset hounds, Otis and Leroy. Bradley Kerns recently joined the faculty at the University of Kentucky in the fall of 2011. As a soloist, Brad has performed at events such as the American Trombone Workshop, the International Trombone Festival, the Midwest Band and Orchestra Clinic, the Great American Brass Band Festival, the Jazz Education Network Conference, the International Women's Brass Conference, the DIA T Festival in Recife, Brazil, and the Moscow Brass Days. Brad has been involved in nearly thirty recording projects under multiple recording labels and has performed for programs such as National Geographic, the BBC England and WRFL Lexington. Professor Kerns received a Bachelor of Music Education Degree from the University of Kentucky while studying with Dale Warren and a Master of Music Degree from Boston University while studying with Scott Hartman. Brad is an S.E. Shires and Pickett Brass Performing Artist. He currently resides in Lexington, Kentucky with his wife, Katie, their two sons, Charley and Simon, and their two dogs, June and Sydney.
