REO the Emcee and SEANFRANK are music artist from Detroit, Michigan. They began making music in 2007 as members in the group, Detroit Organized Entrepreneurs (D.O.E ). Both members have followed up the D.O.E project “City Council” with several mixtapes, and this cd will be their first official Independent release since “City Council”. SEANFRANK has four mixtape releases in 2010; Evolutionary, The Evolution of Game, Henny Laced Game, and Clifnotes...Game When You Need It. Since 2007, REO has contributed music to Devilz Night, dN|Be – Smart Is The New Gangsta, and a solo mixtape titled The Re-Education. The Return of Arthur Agee and William Gates...Still Ballin’ adds another notch under their belts. The album is composed of 16 tracks of d**e lyrics over hard hitting beats. Much like Arthur Agee and William Gates in the Hoop Dreams documentary, REO and SEANFRANK both have high levels of talent and goals to showcase their skill set on a professional level. The two Detroit natives, now Texas transplants have consistently and collectively matured in their lyrical and creative abilities as well as matured in their love for “The Game”. REO and SEANDFRANK recognize the game, live the game, and are seasoned professionals.
