Since 2009, Apocalypse Five & Dime has moved feet and hearts with their unlikely blend of roots, bluegrass and punk with touches of soul, New Orleans brass and Balkan grooves. They released a 15-song album in 2011 entitled Ballads for the End Times, and Every Morning, a three song EP in May 2012, and have rocked numerous venues in New York and all over the Northeast.

With roots in Brooklyn's unconventional brass band scene, Apocalypse Five and Dime delivers both harmonic, ukulele-laced tunes and wild, foot-stomping numbers backed by sousaphone and marching bass drum.
