"Amore e Morte" is a concept-album about a catharsis, a descent in the abyss of the mind, a deep search for peace. Influenced by the work of Fryderyk Chopin but very personal, it has a cinematographic structure, with an Intro, a flashback, two brief commercials ("Pubblicità"), an Intermission, and the End. Throughout the album there are various leitmotifs, and references to Beethoven and Chopin's music. It is conceived as a multimedia work, which includes - in its 16-page booklet - the author's poems and several illustrations specifically realized by four different artists.
