The Buzz Band formed in the mid 1980's featuring John McGale and Breen LeBoeuf of the French Rock Group "Offenbach" and "April Wine" drummer Jerry Mercer. Versatile, somewhat ecclectic Rock with Jazz, Blues and Country influences with outstanding vocal arrangements. From straight rockers like "Sucker for Love", to torch Ballads "Cool Blue Flame" to a country flavoured ballad called "Touching Down" that still enjoys regular airplay on Canadian Adult Contemporary Radio stations. An extremely versatile band who's joy of playing together shines through on this recording.
