SP is a NYC band consisting of Lee Kline, Philippe Labaune, Eric Zaretsky and the young and energetic bass player Kiyoshi Matsuyama. The music is rock and roll, with hints of punk and powerpop wrapped around catchy melodies. The live shows are fast paced and dynamic. SP has played clubs all around NYC including Arlene Grocery, CBGB, Continental, Acme, Downtime, Parkside, and the now defunct Brownies and Meow Mix.

The new record, Fall and Leave, was recorded over the Summer and Fall of 2004. It takes the SP sound further into the strong rock ideals that the band has perfected over its time here on earth. Included on this CD is a live track of the audience favorite "Go", which was recored at Arlene Grocery late last year.
